About The Event
TSC Pre-Season Training Camp will focus on increasing a player's conditioning ready for the new season.
Join us for a three day fitness camp, as we design and tailor the drills to include technical ball work.
Phase One - Explosive - Reactions and Balance
Phase Two - SAQ - Acceleration/Deceleration
Phase Three - Endurance/Stamina
Players will be challenged and tested in this high intensity 2 hour clinic! Start the season ground running!
