Learn how to become a "Modern Day Goalkeeper" with KRS Goalkeeping!
KRS Goalkeeping Academy is hosting a Modern Goalkeeper Clinic on Saturday, March 16th, 2019 from 9:00 AM-12:00 PM for goalkeepers ages 13+ at a field TBD. Goalkeepers will receive top-notch coaching by Former Professional & current Goalkeeper Coach for Florida Southern College, Kristin Russell, and Staff.
KRS Goalkeeping will teach you modern goalkeeping fundamentals, techniques, and trends that will help you take your game to the next level!
Modern Goalkeeper Clinic Schedule:
9:00-9:30 AM Technical Warm-Up
9:30-10:00 AM Distribution (By Arm & Feet)
10:00-10:30 AM Shot-Stopping & Distribution
10:30-11:00 AM 1v1: Cobra & Through Ball Saves
11:00-11:30 AM 1v1: Spread/Block Saves
11:30-12:00 PM 1v1 Competition
